As a CEO for 39 years, I’ve come to realize that directing one’s passion is fundamental to leadership development.

I used to think that the key to growth was finding and following one’s passion. This notion was shortsighted, in that unfiltered passion produces huge blindspots in understanding. It inevitably results in creating self-inflicted resistance to the personal and professional growth we all desire.

I enjoy coaching as an expression of my own practice, and gifted with clients that approach their lives and business interests similarly.

I coach with the support of a framework (My 50%) that focuses on our intentions, actions, and results… and always in relationship to one’s foremost commitments. The process can be likened to flying a plane according to a flight plan, with course adjustments made weekly through video or audio check-ins.
